有机朗肯循环低品位热能发电系统向心透平的设计与性能研究

Abstract:

自行研发了用于有机朗肯循环低品位热能发电系统的向心透平,并以压缩空气为工质,在透平性能实验台上对向心透平的性能进行了测试研究。实验结果表明:透平的最高转速为63945r/min时,透平进出口温降最高为51.7℃,透平的膨胀功率为4.369kW,发电机的电功率为2.567kW;在不同流量、不同入口温度条件下,使透平在额定转速附近运行,转速为59553r/min时透平效率和机电效率同时达到了最大值:65.3%和79.1%,而透平膨胀功率为2.809kW,稍大于设计功率;在不同条件下,得到透平的最大效率为65.7%,发电机的最大机电效率为79.5%。因此,研发的向心透平具有较好的性能。
