小电感无刷直流电动机三相H桥无位置传感器控制方法

Abstract:

传统无刷直流电动机的六拍控制采用Y型绕组连接方式,将三相绕组中的两个导通相串联进行供电;其无传感器控制所需的位置信息通过检测未导通相的反电动势过零点得到。绕组串联连接使每一相仅利用母线电压的一半产生电流;同时Y型绕组结构使未导通相受到中性点电压的影响造成位置信号检测精度降低。该文将三相H桥结构应用于无刷直流电动机的无位置传感器控制,使三相绕组中参与导通的两相并联进行供电,同时使未导通相切出电路以进行反电动势过零点检测。绕组并联连接使每一相利用全部母线电压产生电流,电压利用率得到提高;同时未导通相完全切出电路使位置信号检测精度提高。对三相H桥无刷直流电动机无位置传感器控制方法进行了数学推导和分析,并在一台小电感样机上进行了实验,实验结果显示,该4对极样机可以在20000r/min的转速下实现无位置传感器控制。
