四开关三相无刷直流电机两有效矢量调制电流控制策略

Abstract:

该文提出了一种用于四开关三相(four-switchthree-phase,FSTP)无刷直流(brushlessDC,BLDC)电机的两有效矢量调制(two-effective-vectormodulation,TEVM)电流控制策略。FSTP逆变器具有开关数量少、开关损耗小、成本低等优点。但是由于电机c相绕组端点直接与直流母线中点相连,如果采用传统的双极开关调制方法,在模式I和IV下,c相反电动势会使c相绕组与其他两相绕组之间产生环流,从而导致三相电流畸变。为了抑制反电动势对电流的影响,在传统双极开关调制方法的基础上,TEVM电流控制策略通过在每一个开关周期中插入一个调节矢量,控制c相电流平均值收敛于0。该文通过构造李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)函数证明了TEVM电流控制策略的稳定性,进一步利用2种不同的方法计算得到调节矢量的占空比。实验结果表明,TEVM电流控制策略能够抑制电流畸变现象,控制三相电流为方波,使输出电流具有较好的动态响应和稳态性能,因此该策略能够实现低成本、高性能的BLDC电机控制。
