基于模糊PI模型参考自适应的高速永磁同步电机转子位置检测

Abstract:

针对高速永磁同步电机转速高、调速范围宽的特点,该文提出了一种模糊PI模型参考自适应(modelreferenceadaptivesystem,MRAS)观测器,实现了永磁同步电机转子位置检测。此方法将模糊PI调节器应用于模型参考自适应观测器,通过模糊控制器调整PI调节器的比例积分系数,以使PI调节器能在电机很宽的速度范围内都具有良好的动稳态性能,提高了模型参考自适应观测器对高速永磁同步电机转子位置的检测精度。最后,以带有风机负载的4kW磁悬浮轴承高速永磁同步电机为研究对象进行了Matlab仿真和实验,实现了基于此方法的转子位置检测和速度估计,并分析了转子位置误差产生的来源以及补偿方式,证明所提方法适用于高速永磁同步电机的转子位置检测。
