采用最优模糊C均值聚类和改进化学反应算法的配电网络动态重构

Abstract:

针对配电网络动态重构中的开关操作次数约束难以处理的问题,提出采用最优模糊C均值聚类技术对时间区间的配电网络运行状态按其负荷的内在相似性进行聚类,将配电网络动态重构转换为以聚类中心表示负荷状态的多个静态重构问题。从提高寻优效率的角度,对化学反应算法进行了改进,提出了一个更适合求解配电网重构的改进的化学反应算法(improvedCRO,ICRO),并将其应用于求解以聚类中心为代表的静态重构问题。每个时间点的优化网络结构由对应的聚类中心的重构结果决定,从而得到配电网络重构操作的时间点和需要操作的开关。以IEEE33节点配电系统的负荷数据为基础,构建了1周的负荷数据并对IEEE33节点系统进行了动态重构,验证了方法的有效性。
