英国公共图书馆法律规范体系

Abstract:
英国的公共图书馆法律规范体系包括三个层次：作为体系基础的是1964年颁布的《公共图书馆与博物馆法》；作为体系主体的是政府依法制定的规章政策xe"规章和政策"，以《公共图书馆服务标准》和《未来发展框架》为代表；作为体系补充的是行业协会的规范性文件，以《新版图书馆绩效管理框架》和《图书馆与信息专业人员伦理规范与实务守则》为代表xe"补充"。英国公共图书馆法律规范体系具有多层次、指标化、关注社区、持续反馈修订等特点。表4。参考文献13。
