图书馆服务中儿童权利原则研究

Abstract:

儿童权利理论是公共图书馆未成年人服务的基本理论之一。我国公共图书馆未成年人服务实践中,儿童摘权利要涉及三个主题:①儿童的平等权利,讨论图书馆及其资源对未成年人开放,平等地服务于未成年人的问题;②图书馆服务中的儿童优先,阐述儿童优先原则在服务中的应用,以及未成年人服务安全的问题;③对所有儿童平等服务,讨论开展多样化服务和服务设计与实施中向特殊人群倾斜的问题。参考文献24。
