中国与欧盟、澳大利亚知识管理标准比较研究

Abstract:

知识管理标准反映了知识管理的实践与认知水平，并为相关活动提供指引。本文以中国、欧盟和澳大利亚的知识管理标准为研究对象，采用比较研究方法，分析它们在内容结构、制定目标、知识及知识管理定义、知识管理活动流程和框架模型等方面的特点，发现知识管理发展有五个共性特征：坚持科学规划和持续改进思路；以资产管理为发展方向；以业务目标为中心；须包含人员、文化、制度和技术等要素；引入资产评估和业务审计方法。针对中国知识管理标准的不足，提出三项建议：深入吸纳知识资产思想；强化与业务活动的集成；采用更加开放互动的方式进行后续完善。图5。表5。参考文献18。
