探寻式搜索研究述评

Abstract:

随着信息搜寻领域的不断细分,探寻式搜索作为一个新兴的研究热点引起了广泛关注。本文重点从探寻式搜索理论和系统两个方面对已有研究成果进行梳理分析。研究发现:探索性既可以表现在搜索的问题背景上,又可以体现在搜索的过程中;探寻式搜索分为学习性搜索和研究性搜索两个层次,要求用户结合启发式和分析式的搜索策略应对不确定性的波动;目前探寻式搜索系统主要是通过搜索结果的分类来支持用户对大规模结果集合的浏览探索,常见的分类方式包括层级分类、多面分类、动态聚类和社会分类,它们在结构、词汇、创建、使用等方面都具有不同特征,适用于不同的搜索系统。然而,过去的探寻式搜索研究普遍忽视了信息搜寻的社会性本质,本文认为:他人的建议或活动能够影响信息决策,探寻式搜索将与直接或间接的社会性导航发生融合,而社会性软件的兴起又为此提供了可行性。图2。表1。参考文献57。
