铅染毒大鼠血、毛发及组织脏器铅指纹差异现象

Abstract:

铅同位素比值可被作为"铅指纹"而由体内生物样品追溯外在铅污染源,然其可靠性未见文献报告.以往研究曾发现同一个体生物样品间铅同位素比值存在差异,为确证此现象,了解铅暴露后体内血、发及各组织脏器铅指纹与受试物铅指纹的一致性及染毒剂量对其的影响,研究选取32只SD雄性大鼠分为4组分别按0,30.0,60.0,120.0mg/kg体重每天经消化道醋酸铅染毒4周,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定其血、毛、肝、肾、股骨中的铅同位素比值.结果显示血、发及各组织器官的铅指纹之间存在显著性差异(P
