Abstract:
利用非平衡格林函数和第一性密度泛函理论,研究了电极距离和相对取向对硼掺杂带帽碳纳米管分子结中负微分电阻行为的影响.结果显示,负微分电阻行为强烈依赖于电极距离和相对取向.当电极距离为0.35nm且体系的对称性最高时,可以产生最好的负微分电阻行为.
