家蚕二分浓核病毒综述

Abstract:

家蚕二分浓核病毒(Bombyxmoribidensovirus,BmBDV)归属于新设定的二分DNA病毒科二分浓核病毒属,该病毒曾归属于细小病毒科浓核病毒亚科,主要在家蚕中肠柱状细胞内复制,并引起严重的软化病.与细小病毒不同的是,这种病毒的基因组包含两个节段的单链DNA并编码一个以蛋白为引物的DNA聚合酶.越来越多的证据表明该病毒不同于细小病毒,并采用独特的机制进行复制,到目前为止,该病毒的复制机制尚未明了.本文主要综述了该病毒的病理学和病毒生物学方面的研究进展,包括病毒的基因,基因组结构,以及病毒表达复制方式.
