Qinghu(清湖)锆石:一个新的U-Pb年龄和O,Hf同位素微区分析工作标样

Abstract:

锆石微区原位的U-Pb定年和Hf-O同位素组成分析在固体地球科学研究中具有非常重要的作用.基体效应是SIMS和LA-(MC-)ICPMS等微区分析的一个主要问题,用基体匹配的标准样品进行标准化是克服基体效应、获得准确分析结果的关键.当前,我国微区同位素年代学和地球化学实验室迅速发展,但普遍面临标样缺乏的困境.本文报道近年来研发的Qinghu(清湖)锆石微区U-Pb年龄和Hf-O同位素工作标样的结果.Qinghu锆石取自南岭清湖石英二长岩,大量的SIMS和LA-MC-ICPMS微区分析结果表明,Qinghu锆石在20~60mm的尺度上具有均一的U-Pb年龄和Hf-O同位素组成.大量的微区U-Pb定年和O,Hf同位素分析结果分别与ID-TIMS定年结果、激光氟化法测定的O同位素组成、溶液-MC-ICPMS方法测定的Hf同位素比值在误差范围内完全一致,可以用作U-Pb年龄和Hf-O同位素微区分析工作标样,Qinghu锆石推荐的U-Pb年龄=159.5±0.2Ma(2SE),δ18O=5.4‰±0.2‰(2SD),176Hf/177Hf=0.283002±0.000004(2SD).
