突发性大气污染事故移动应急系统关键技术研究

Abstract:
针对突发性大气污染移动应急系统中存在数据组织和管理困难、应急模拟结果传输和可视化效率低,以及人员撤离指挥不及时等问题展开研究,设计大气污染移动应急系统的数据管理方式. 分析移动应急数据的可视化流程,提出利用JSON解决空间数据的传输与移动端的可视化等问题. 设计基于位置驱动的人员撤离路径规划策略,提出利用缓存技术、位置驱动、消息推送技术等方法增强移动终端和数据中心的交互能力,提高应急人员指挥撤离和救援调度等问题. 最后,设计并实现基于Android平台的突发性大气污染移动应急系统,并进行测试,验证突发性大气污染移动应急关键技术解决方案.
Sudden air pollution mobile emergency system is facing some difficulties such as data organization and management is unreasonable,emergency simulation results propagation delay and difficult to visualize. Meanwhile there is a command not timely evacuation and other issues. Paper a study of these problems,design data management of air pollution mobile emergency system. Analysis of the visual process mobile emergency data presented use JSON to resolve transmission and mobile end visualization and other issues of spatial data,design the evacuation path planning strategy based on the position of the driver's personnel,made use of caching technology,location-driven message push technology and other methods to enhance ability to interact with mobile devices and data centers to improve the emergency evacuation and rescue command staff scheduling and other issues. Finally,the emergency air pollution emergency mobile system was designed and completed,and then tested. The test results show that: using the key technique proposed in this paper,the system can realize the emergency air pollution accident fast,effective evacuation,the system can achieve rapid,effective evacuation when a sudden air pollution accident
