冻融循环下隧道防火涂料粘结性能研究

Abstract:
采用快速冻融试验机和孔结构分析仪等,分别从宏观和微观角度研究隧道防火涂料冻融后的粘结性能. 聚丙烯纤维可减缓冻融循环下隧道防火涂料的剥落,有益于行车安全. 冻融循环15、30、45和60次时,隧道防火涂料可测得的最小孔径依次为14.8、8.6、8.0和7.3 nm,累计孔体积分别为9.34、18.61、20.72和22.83 μL·g-1. 随着冻融循环次数的增加,隧道防火涂料粘结强度损失增大、孔径恶化. 在冻融循环的前30次,隧道防火涂料粘结性能降低显著,而后降低不明显.
The bonding property of tunnel fireproof coating (TFC) after freeze-thaw cycles was studied by a rapid freeze-thaw testing machine (macro test) and a pore structural analyzer (micro test) et al. Polypropylene fibers could retard the peeling of TFC under freeze-thaw cycles,which was beneficial for the safety of tunnel transportation. When the numbers of freeze-thaw cycles were 15,30,45,60 respectively,the minimum porosity of TFC that could be measured were 14.8,8.6,8.0 and 7.3 nm respectively,and the cumulative pore volumes of TFC were 9.34,18.61,20.72 and 22.83 μL·g-1,respectively. With the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles,the loss of bonding strength of TFC increased,and the pore structure of TFC deteriorated. Therefore,the bonding behavior of TFC reduced evidently in the first 30 freeze-thaw cycles,and then the decrease of TFC’s bonding behavior was not obvious
