Abstract:

针对后张法预应力混凝土简支梁连续型布筋和分段型布筋两种型式,认为弯曲孔道处的径向压力p是非线性分布的,利用库仑摩擦定律,推导出任意应力分布情况下弯曲孔道摩擦阻力公式. 通过算例分析,表明推导公式计算的摩擦损失值相比规范公式更大,并且随着预应力钢筋曲率增大,两者相差越大;分段型布筋的摩擦损失值与连续型布筋不同. 有限元模拟结果及相关试验实测结果表明,推导的公式精确度更高,更接近实测值.
According to the two distributed pattern including of continuous type and sectional type of the post-tensioned prestressed concrete simply supported beam,consider bending channel of the radial pressure p is nonlinear. The frictional resistance formula is deduced under arbitrary stress distribution using coulomb friction law. Through the example analysis,it shows that friction loss value using the deduces formula in this paper is bigger than the value counted by standard formula,and the difference between the two is greater with the prestressed curvature increases. The friction loss value of sectional type is different to the continuous type. The finite element simulation results and the related test results show that the deduces formula in this paper is more accurate,which is closer to the measured values
