湘杂棉SSR指纹图谱的构建及应用

Abstract:

利用SSR分子标记方法对长江流域大面积推广种植的湘杂棉系列及其中部分湘杂棉亲本材料进行研究。筛选出了一批在湘杂棉及其亲本上具有较高多态性的SSR引物,构建了湘杂棉系列品种的指纹图谱,并将其应用于湘杂棉种子纯度的检测和未知种身份的识别。
