不同抗冷级别的棉苗低温诱导蛋白比较

Abstract:

通过蛋白质双向电泳和质谱技术,对低温前后不同抗冷级别的棉花品种锦3047和410的蛋白质组进行了比较分析。结果表明⑴不同品种的棉苗蛋白质组有明显差异,锦3047在pH4~7条件下的棉苗子叶蛋白表达图谱中发现50个蛋白点在低温胁迫前后的表达量有明显差异。⑵其中30个点在低温前后均有表达,低温处理后,有19个蛋白点的丰度值变大,且抗冷性较强的锦3047绝对丰度明显高于抗冷性较弱的410;11个蛋白点的丰度值变小,锦3047的绝对丰度低于410。⑶锦3047特有8个蛋白点表达量上升,而在410中几乎不表达。⑷对入选的锦3047的差异蛋白点进行质谱分析,并通过数据库检索进行蛋白质鉴定,得到了其中30个蛋白的完整肽指纹图谱。其中逆境蛋白占20%,这些蛋白的表达可能对锦3047的抗冷性具有重要作用。
