转基因棉田节肢动物群落调查时间间隔的探讨

Abstract:

为明确调查时间间隔对棉田生物群落多样性的影响,通过设置不同的时间间隔,调查转基因棉和常规棉2类棉田节肢动物群落,分析了不同时间间隔对棉田节肢动物群落个体总数、多样性指数、均匀性指数、优势集中性指数、物种丰富度的影响。结果表明,不同时间间隔对转基因棉和常规棉节肢动物群落调查结果的影响一致;变化最敏感的是个体总数和物种丰富度,均随时间间隔越长下降趋势越明显,而多样性指数、均匀性指数和优势集中性指数在不同的调查时间间隔没有显著的变化。鉴于近年来棉田出现较多的偶见种和稀有种昆虫,提出了客观、准确评价转基因棉田节肢动物群落的调查方法及下一步研究的重点。
