不同棉花品种在棉蚜胁迫下防御相关基因应答反应

Abstract:

为探讨不同棉花品种防御相关基因对棉蚜为害的应答反应开展本研究。在田间自然状态下收集了中棉所41、中棉所44、中棉所49和中棉所79等4个棉花品种受苗蚜为害后的叶片,使用荧光定量PCR方法,研究了编码多酚氧化酶(PPO)、铜/锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu/ZnSOD)和热激蛋白(HSP70)等3种防御相关蛋白基因mRNA的变化情况,结果证明不同品种的防御基因对蚜虫胁迫的反应存在明显的差异。以上试验结果暗示不同棉花品种应对苗蚜为害可能存在不同的防御途径,可为抗棉蚜棉花材料的选择和抗棉蚜机制的研究提供借鉴。
