转CpTI基因对棉花根际土壤中微生物的影响

Abstract:

2006-2007年,采用4个转CpTI基因棉花材料及其受体,于棉花不同生育期取根际土壤,研究了转CpTI基因对棉花根际细菌、放线菌及真菌数量的影响。结果表明转CpTI基因及其受体材料根际土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量均随着棉花的生长发育变化,细菌在棉花的花铃期达到高峰,放线菌和真菌在蕾期至花铃期达到高峰,之后随着棉花的衰老均减少。转CpTI基因对棉花根际土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量有显著影响,细菌和放线菌的数量均比对应受体材料显著增加,而真菌的数量显著减少;从棉花的不同生育时期看,细菌的数量在苗期和花铃期显著高于受体材料,放线菌在不同时期均显著高于受体材料,尤以苗期和花铃期更明显,而真菌的数量在吐絮期显著低于受体材料。
