陆地棉半野生种系的遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析

Abstract:

2009-2010年以陆地棉标准系TM-1和海岛棉标准系3-79作为对照,将陆地棉的7个半野生种系64份种质资源进行了简单重复序列(SSR)分子标记的遗传多样性和亲缘关系研究。112对SSR引物共检测出502个等位位点,其中多态性位点392个,约占总位点数的78%。每对引物扩增出2~10个等位位点,平均约为4.5个,其中多态位点数1~9个,平均约3.5个。供试半野生种系间的遗传相似系数为0.533~0.995,平均0.690,说明陆地棉半野生种系之间存在着丰富的遗传多样性。7个陆地棉半野生种系遗传多样性顺序为玛利加郎特棉>尤卡坦棉>阔叶棉>帕默尔棉>莫利尔棉>雷奇蒙地棉>尖斑棉。UPGMA聚类结果表明,7个陆地棉半野生种系在相似系数为0.690处被聚为四大类,帕默尔棉和阔叶棉与陆地棉的亲缘关系最近。
