光质对棕色棉棉铃发育及纤维品质形成的影响

Abstract:

以棕色棉为材料,通过采用红、黄、蓝紫、白(对照)滤光膜对棕色棉棉铃套袋处理,研究光质对棕色棉纤维品质及纤维合成相关酶活性的影响。试验结果表明红光处理能增加棕色棉的单铃体积、铃重,蓝紫光处理可使纤维绒长缩短,而经黄光处理衣分明显降低。经红、黄、蓝紫光处理,棉纤维中蔗糖合成酶(Sucrosesynthase,SS)活性均有所增加。处理7d时,分别比对照增加了38.41%,35.83%,19.36%;而21d时,分别增加了63.32%,38.31%,15.11%。在β-1,3-葡聚糖酶与吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAoxidase,IAAO)活性的表现上,红光处理能增加β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性,降低IAAO活性,蓝紫光处理能增加IAAO活性,降低β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性;经黄光处理,两种酶活性均下降,这可能是三种光质对棕色棉纤维品质产生影响的原因之一。
