电站空冷凝汽器轴流风机阵列集群效应的数值研究

Abstract:

直接空冷电站空冷凝汽器用轴流风机为数十台集群运行,与单台风机运行相比具有不同的空气动力学特性.考察轴流风机阵列运行的空气动力学特性,有利于空冷风机群的设计优化和运行调整.以典型2×600MW直接空冷电站为例,通过CFD模拟,获得了无风和不同环境风速、风向条件下,每台风机流量的分布特性以及风机群的总流量变化规律,计算了每台风机的集群因子和空冷风机阵列的平均集群因子并进行了分析.结果表明,空冷风机阵列集群运行时,每台风机的集群因子不同,并且在无风和有风条件下,呈现不同的分布规律.处于风机群外围和环境风上游的风机,集群因子较小.随环境风速增加,轴流风机阵列平均集群因子降低,并随环境风向发生显著变化.空冷轴流风机阵列集群运行规律,为电站空冷系统的优化设计和运行提供了理论依据.
