柔性染料敏化太阳能电池多孔纳米TiO2薄膜的制备

Abstract:

以商用二氧化钛(P25)为原料,无水乙醇和蒸馏水为分散剂,并加入少量的异丙氧醇钛(TTIP)制备二氧化钛浆体.水热前,延长浆体搅拌时间对抑制薄膜的开裂有一定作用,实验发现搅拌48h较为合适.少量的TTIP加入后,TiO2颗粒之间的化学连接性以及TiO2薄膜与基底的黏结性明显增强.研究发现紫外处理TiO2薄膜时间为2h时效果最佳,不仅去除了其中的有机物,而且由此引起的轻微加热对去除薄膜中的少量水分也起了关键作用.经过TEM,XRD,SEM和电池性能的测试及表征,结果显示TTIP水解生成的是锐钛矿型的TiO2,当加入TTIP的摩尔百分含量为6%时,电池性能较好.在100mWcm-2(AM1.5)模拟太阳光辐照下,该电池的光电转换效率达到3.84%,开路电压、短路电流和填充因子分别为0.769V,7.20mAcm-2和0.686.
