含苯基吡啶和吩嗪类配体的铱-稀土异金属配合物的合成及作为近红外发光DNA探针

Abstract:

设计合成了一系列含苯基吡啶和吩嗪类配体的铱-稀土异金属配合物[Ir(ppy)2(tpphz)Ln(TTA)3]Cl(Ln=Nd(Ⅲ),Yb(Ⅲ),Er(Ⅲ),Gd(Ⅲ);ppy=苯基吡啶,tpphz=四吡啶并[3,2-a2’,3’-c3",2"-h3"',4"'-j]吩嗪,TTA=2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮),运用红外光谱、质谱、元素分析等手段对其进行了表征,并研究了其光物理性能.用可见光激发目标配合物Ir-Ln(Ln=Nd,Yb),无论在固体状态、CH2Cl2溶液、或是Tris-HCl(pH7.2)溶液中,都能在近红外光区发现敏化的稀土离子的特征发射峰,说明铱生色团成功敏化了稀土离子近红外发光.通过考察稀土配合物与小牛胸腺DNA之间的作用,建立了测定小牛胸腺DNA的近红外发光新方法,为配合物作为生物探针提供前期实验基础.
