血液蛋白热解制Fe/N/C催化剂及其电催化活性

Abstract:

通过两步热分解法,以血液蛋白为前驱体制备了含有Fe,C和N的非贵金属催化剂.对催化剂进行了结构表征和氧还原电催化性能测试,分析了热解过程对产物催化性能的影响.结果表明,在300和900℃下分别热分解2h所得产物有较好的氧还原电催化性能和较高的四电子反应途径选择性,其氧还原起始电位0.55V,电子转移数3.7;热解过程由1步增加为2步,改变了产物的碳基质特性和石墨化程度,有利于氮原子掺杂产生更高比例的吡啶型和Fe-Nx型2种C-N结构,增强了产物在硫酸溶液中的氧还原反应电催化性能.
