谱系结构、环境因子及空间因子对群落动态变化的影响

Abstract:

理解群落的动态变化是群落生态学的一个重要内容,但目前为止在较大尺度的森林群落中相关的研究还很少.基于本研究提出的一种群落动态的随机零模型,我们设计了一种度量群落动态变化的方法.在考虑群落内的物种组成、环境因子及空间因子可能对群落动态变化产生不同的影响的前提下,利用鼎湖山20hm2大样地2次调查数据,采用方差分解分析了群落动态变化与以谱系结构为代表的物种组成、环境因子及空间因子3种因子之间的关系.结果表明,整体上空间因子是影响群落动态的主要因素.在小尺度上(
