开路状态下平面异质结有机太阳能电池的数值模型

Abstract:

运用数值方法,系统研究了开路状态下平面异质结有机太阳能电池受体层的最低未占据分子轨道(LUMO)能级和阴极Fermi能级之间的势垒、给体层厚度和受体层厚度对器件内部载流子浓度、电场和电势分布的影响,得到了载流子浓度、电场和电势分布随受体层的LUMO能级和阴极Fermi能级之间的势垒、给体层厚度和受体层厚度变化的定量关系,这为以后的平面异质结有机太阳能电池开路状态下的实验研究提供了理论基础.
