一种水溶性聚合物与K6[α-P2W18O62]·14H2O的组装化学

Abstract:

研究了一种水溶性聚合物poly(2-hydroxyl-3-(2-hydroxyethylamino)propylmethacrylate)(PGEA)与一种经典的Dawson类多酸化合物K6[α-P2W18O62]·14H2O(P2W18)在pH4.6的醋酸-醋酸钠(HAc/NaAc)缓冲溶液中的组装化学.通过Zeta电位仪、激光粒度散射、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)等表征手段研究了PGEA/P2W18杂化体系的组装过程,以及PGEA/P2W18体系在不同单位电荷浓度比的电势情况.此外,探讨了在溶液中表面净电荷接近零时PGEA与P2W18的组装过程中粒度大小的变化、平均粒径分布及其杂化体系的表面形貌特征.结果表明,由于静电相互作用力的存在,PGEA和P2W18在10min后形成了超分子结构.随着反应时间的延长,PGEA/P2W18杂化组装的粒径主要分布在120~300nm范围内,并在40min后组装趋于稳定,形成了规整均一的具有类葡萄串状形貌的特征.深入理解两者之间的组装化学为下一步开展PGEA/P2W18杂化体系的跨膜研究打下了良好的基础.
