换热器分段设计方法的理论分析

Abstract:

在换热器设计中,由于各设计目标之间存在的矛盾性及某些不确定性,使得构造目标函数最优点集的隶属函数非常困难,流体物性参数的变化是产生某些不确定性的主要因素,而传统的换热器设计方法未能从根本上解决这些问题.基于传统的对数平均温差法,考虑冷、热流体的定压比热随温度的变化,提出一种新的换热器设计方法——分段设计方法,将换热器分成有限段,利用初始条件及各段之间的连接条件获得各段的入口和出口温度,应用对数平均温差法确定各段的传热面积,完成换热器热力设计.
