2011年春季北极地区臭氧低值事件的卫星遥感监测

Abstract:

利用FY-3BSBUS和NOAASBUV/2观测资料,监测2011年3月1日~4月5日北极地区臭氧低值事件发生发展全过程.臭氧低值区臭氧总量在200~250DU,局部极低值在200DU左右,达到臭氧洞水平,比通常水平低100~200DU.此次北极臭氧低值事件开始于3月1日,结束于4月5日,期间经历扩展-消亡、围绕极地自西向东方向旋转、由极区沿经线向中纬度扩散等多个发展变化过程.这次非常罕见的北极地区臭氧低值事件影响范围除极区外,还波及从欧洲到俄罗斯中部的广大人口密集地区,导致这些地区地表紫外线强度的急剧增强,对人类身体健康和环境造成重要影响,应该引起高度关注.
