粉砂对低Cr油管钢CO2腐蚀行为的影响

Abstract:

通过室内腐蚀实验研究了模拟油田采出水溶液中粉砂对1wt%Cr(1Cr)和3wt%Cr(3Cr)油管钢CO2腐蚀行为的影响,结果表明,在100℃,CO2分压为0.5MPa,流速为1.5m/s时,无砂环境条件下两种低Cr油管钢均表现为全面腐蚀,但是表面较粗糙;加入粉砂后,1Cr钢的平均腐蚀速率增加了3倍,且发生了严重的深坑腐蚀,3Cr钢的平均腐蚀速率增加了1.6倍,表面出现了针状蚀点.利用扫描电子显微镜(scanningelectronmicroscopy,SEM)、能谱分析(energydispersivespectroscopy,EDS)、X-射线衍射(X-raydiffraction,XRD)和交流阻抗测试(electricalimpedancespectroscopy,EIS)对两种环境条件下1Cr钢和3Cr钢的产物膜特性进行了测试和分析,结果表明,粉砂不会对CO2腐蚀产物膜造成切削破坏,而是夹杂在产物膜中,影响产物膜的致密性,不规则砂粒周围易形成离子扩散通道,使产物膜的保护性下降,腐蚀加剧.
