仿生水稻叶表面制备及其润湿性研究

Abstract:

自然界中,水稻叶表面具有对水滴的各向异性滚动特性.正是由于这种优良的特性在功能表面、微流体等领域广泛的应用前景,水稻叶仿生研究逐渐成为研究热点.虽然最近有研究者成功地仿生了水稻叶的微结构和功能,但是技术手段比较复杂,也不能进行大面积制备.采用一种二次转写的方法来制备仿生水稻叶表面.所制备的表面能精确复制天然水稻叶表面的微纳结构,并能表现出良好的静态超疏水性.在动态疏水性方面,仿水稻叶表面也体现了非常明显的各项异性滚动特性.系统的测量表明平行叶脉方向和垂直叶脉方向的滚动角分别为25°和40°.这一技术快捷、可靠、无需昂贵的设备和复杂的工艺,实现了水稻叶大面积快速制备,在仿生功能表面方面有着广泛的应用前景.
