血液黏度调节与疾病的防治

Abstract:

血液黏度在保持血管稳态中发挥重要作用,在生理状态下,机体通过多种调节机制保持血液黏度相对稳定.在病理条件下,由血管内皮细胞功能障碍等引起的血液黏度调节机制异常与心脑血管疾病、糖尿病及失血性休克等疾病的发生、发展密切相关.对血液黏度的监测和调整在疾病诊断、治疗和预后判断中具有重要的意义.本文就血液黏度调节在疾病防治中的作用做一综述.
