拓展与深化中国全境的环境变化遥感应用

Abstract:

中国幅员辽阔,仅靠局部定点环境监测,远不能满足社会需求.而对大空间范围来说,遥感是唯一可行的环境变化监测手段.虽然国内外拥有强大的卫星数据获取能力和大量的卫星遥感数据,以中国全境为对象的遥感环境变化研究并不多.本文将环境变化过程归纳为环境变化驱动力、环境变化、物质迁移与转化、物质浓度与富集度变化、人或生态系统暴露与感染变化及环境变化影响等方面内容.评估了遥感对这些环节的潜力,评述了中国环境变化遥感已取得的进展.指出遥感对于研究中国环境变化在方法体系上不但要支撑实验与观测、理解与认识,还要重视和模拟与预测的衔接从而支持环境政策研究.在应用层面,应突破常规遥感观测项目,在物种多样性、生物入侵、公众健康、空气和水质量变化监测等新的领域取得突破.在技术层面全面系统加强实用化和自动化研究.
