生长发育正常的无肌间刺草鱼突变体

Abstract:

通过人工诱导雌核发育纯合二倍体使突变基因的性状得以表现,筛选到无肌间刺草鱼突变体.无肌间刺草鱼突变体的脊椎、附肢和整个形体都正常,生长和运动也未见异常.这些结果证明(ⅰ)肌间刺并不是草鱼身体支撑和运动所必需的;(ⅱ)肌间刺的发育有不同于脊椎骨和附肢骨的发育遗传调控机制;(ⅲ)用现代生物技术可以人工培育淡水主养鱼类的无肌间刺品种.统计分析结果表明,在雌核发育草鱼群体中无肌间刺草鱼突变体的比例极低,提示草鱼肌间刺的发育可能受多个基因控制,其调控机制及其复杂.无肌间刺草鱼突变体为寻找和确定特异性调控鱼类肌间刺发育的关键基因提供了难得的实验材料.
