室内环境烟草烟雾与学龄前儿童呼吸道症状的关联性

Abstract:

室内环境烟草烟雾是否对学龄前儿童的呼吸道健康有害仍需进一步证实.本研究是中国室内环境与儿童健康研究(CCHH)课题组上海分组在上海市进行的横断面群组调查结果的一部分.本文在分析13335份有效问卷的基础上探讨了上海市4~6岁学龄前儿童的呼吸道症状与父母吸烟和室内焚香(蚊香和熏香)的关联性.56.1%的学龄前儿童存在室内烟草烟雾暴露.目前,父亲吸烟的比例占40.3%,而母亲仅为0.9%.53.7%和12.6%的上海居民分别使用过蚊香和熏香.当前母亲吸烟与儿童喘息(近12个月;AOR,95%CI1.83,1.11~2.99)存在明显的正相关性.但当前或儿童出生时父亲吸烟均只与儿童的喘息和哮吼症状存在关联.而室内焚香(蚊香或熏香)与儿童哮喘(AOR,95%CI0.85,0.73~0.99)和花粉症(AOR,95%CI0.80,0.70~0.93)存在显著的负相关性.分析结果显示与父亲吸烟相比,母亲吸烟可能是学龄前儿童呼吸道健康更显著的危险性因素.
