纯母乳喂养对北京学龄前儿童哮喘和过敏性疾病患病率的影响

Abstract:

调查了北京5479名3~6岁学龄前儿童哮喘(Doctor-diagnosedasthma,简称D-asthma)和过敏性疾病的患病率及主要危险因素,并讨论了母乳喂养方式和持续时间对患病率的影响.随机抽取北京各区幼儿园,被调查儿童的家长完成了本次问卷作答.该研究旨在评估儿童哮喘和过敏性疾病患病率的趋势,深入探讨纯母乳喂养6个月以上对患病率的影响.1990~2011年,北京儿童哮喘的患病率呈上升趋势,最近2~3年增幅最大.本次问卷调查显示,5479名北京儿童中纯母乳喂养6个月以上的有779例,占14.2%.以有家庭过敏史的男孩为例,纯母乳喂养6个月以上对其哮喘具有显著的保护作用(aOR0.42,PPPPP
