野生动物在埃博拉病毒维持和传播中的作用

Abstract:

埃博拉病毒能引起人类和非人灵长类动物严重的急性出血热,致病力强、病死率高,且无有效治疗药物和疫苗.2014年西非埃博拉病毒在人群中传播速度快,已引起世界各国高度关注,世界卫生组织(WHO)将此疫情定性为国际紧急公共卫生事件.本文收集了近40年来埃博拉病毒在病原学、生态学和流行病学等方面的研究成果,整合了多学科理论知识来阐述埃博拉病毒在自然环境中是如何维持、循环传播的以及它的储存宿主等问题,详细地介绍了蝙蝠等野生动物在埃博拉病毒传播链中的作用,提出了阻止埃博拉病毒等重大人兽共患病病原从野生动物向人传播是维护社会公共卫生安全最有效的措施之一.加强野生动物疫病监测,建立长期、全面的监测体系,为早期预警和防控其向人传播提供科学依据,来更好地维护社会公共卫生安全.
