用石英晶体微天平研究NaCl对Zn大气腐蚀的影响

Abstract:
用石英晶体微天平原位研究了温度为25℃、相对湿度为(80±2)%时Zn表面分别沉积5.0,15.0,30.0和45.0μg/cm2NaCl的初期大气腐蚀.探讨了该条件下Zn的大气腐蚀规律.结果表明,Zn的腐蚀增重随暴露时间的延长而加大,并满足指数衰减关系.同时Zn的腐蚀增重也随NaCl沉积量的增加而增加,其关系可用二次函数来描述,在腐蚀开始较短的时间内,它们之间呈现近似线形关系.
