激光处理改善铁基合金在水溶液介质中的耐蚀性

Abstract:

激光表面处理的最大特点在于高速加热、熔化及此后的快速自冷。目前用于这方面的激光器,其照射到试样表面的功率密度已超过10~7w/cm~2,冷却速度可高达10~8—10~(10)k/sec激光处理所具有的这一特点,目前的冶金技术是很难实现的,更加之激光处理试样的变形及热影响区都极小,因而引起了材料工作者的广泛兴趣。
