纳米α—Fe粒子的氧化研究

Abstract:
粒径为20—30nm的α—Fe粒子由CWCO2激光气相热解Fe(CO);方法制备.对α一Fe纳米粒子从室温到高温的氧化研究表明,在低于150℃条件下,氧化产物为Fe3O4;200-300℃则为γ—Fe2O3;高于400℃,γ—Fe2O3转变为α—Fe2O3.高温氧化过程中无Fe3O4和FeO(浮氏体)形成用TEM和XRD分析表明,α—Fe纳米粒子氧化产物γ一Fe2O3及α一Fe2O3仍为纳米微粒,而且具有实心和空心两种形态本文还探讨了氧化物的形成机制.
