超声波对热浸镀锌的影响

Abstract:
研究了超声波介入对热浸镀锌的镀层组织和性能的影响。结果表明大功率超声使镀层中不出现脆性的Ｆｅ－Ｚｎ金属间化合物层，镀层组织致密表面光滑，可显著地提高镀层的粘附性，变形性和耐蚀性。
