钢中元素对钢结构件热镀锌的影响

Abstract:

综述了热镀锌层组织形貌特点及生长动力学,以及钢中元素(C、Si、P、S、Mn、V、Nb、Ti、Al、Cr、Ni等)对Fe-Zn反应的影响。研究表明热镀锌时,ζ相在Fe/Zn界面优先形核生长,δ相是紧随着ζ相在由Fe/ζ相界面上形成,而Γ相要经过一定时间的孕育期才形成.Fe-Zn合金相层的生长动力学符合经验公式d=Ctn.钢中元素C、Si或P均促进Fe-Zn反应,尤其以Si的影响最显著,S则无影响.钢中一定含量的合金元素Mn、Cr或Ni会促进镀层生长,而Ti、V或Nb对钢结构件热镀锌基本无影响.故对不同成分的钢材应采用不同的热镀锌工艺.
