定向凝固高温合金M951低压渗铝涂层的高温氧化及相变过程

Abstract:
研究了定向凝固高温合金M951的低压气相沉积制备的渗铝涂层在900、1000、1050和1100℃下的恒温氧化行为,利用SEM、EDX对氧化膜形貌进行了观察,同时结合TEM、EPMA和逐层剥离X射线衍射对涂层在氧化过程中的相变进行了研究.结果表明随着温度的升高和氧化时间的延长,氧化膜中亚稳态的θ-Al2O3逐渐转变为稳态的α-Al2O3;涂层中由于Al的消耗发生了由β→γ′→γ的相变,而在涂层扩散区中在不同的氧化温度下形成了一系列的富Cr、W和Mo的碳化物和TCP相.
