混凝土表面硅烷防水膜的电化学噪声谱分析

Abstract:

采用电化学噪声法研究硅烷对混凝土的防水性影响,通过统计学和傅立叶变换,对硅烷防护的混凝土试样噪声数据进行分析.结果表明,在3.5%NaCl溶液中,硅烷防护的混凝土试样电位噪声0.825mV、电流噪声漂移值0.046μA、噪声电阻1800.8Ωcm2;无硅烷防护混凝土试样电位噪声0.5mV、电流噪声漂移值3.45μA、噪声电阻260Ωcm2.硅烷对混凝土具有较优良的防水浸蚀效果.随着浸渍时间延长,硅烷对混凝土防护效果逐渐下降,并接近无防护混凝土状态.实验结果表明电化学噪声谱能较好地快速评价硅烷对混凝土的防护性能.
