TiO2/301不锈钢薄膜电极在含Cl-溶液中的耐蚀性能研究

Abstract:

应用阴极电沉积技术在301不锈钢表面制备TiO2薄膜,用X射线衍射仪、热重-差热分析仪分析了镀层的相组成和晶型转化过程随温度的变化,研究了工艺条件对镀层结构及耐腐蚀性能的影响.Tafel曲线测量结果显示,在5mA/cm2的恒电流密度电沉积20min后,经400℃烧结和水热处理得到的薄膜电极,其防腐性能最好.循环伏安曲线测量结果表明,在含有不同浓度Cl-的0.05mol/LNaOH溶液中,TiO2薄膜电极抗Cl-腐蚀的能力是301不锈钢的2.2倍.
