CeO2薄膜对Fe-Cr合金的高温水蒸气氧化行为影响

Abstract:

研究了Cr含量为9mass%和19mass%的Fe-Cr合金表面沉积CeO2薄膜在600℃~770℃水蒸气中的氧化行为.结果表明,对9mass%Cr含量的Fe-Cr合金,沉积稀土薄膜并没有改变氧化膜结构和明显降低氧化速率.对于19mass%Cr含量的Fe-Cr合金,沉积稀土薄膜可促进Cr向外扩散和阻碍O向内扩散,合金表面形成连续的Cr氧化物,合金的氧化速率降低.关键词
