基于组合核多特征融合的GIS局部放电检测与识别

Abstract:

GIS局部放电模式识别是其绝缘状态评估的重要部分,搭建了252kVGIS局部放电实验仿真平台,采用超高频和超声波检测法对4种典型绝缘故障进行局部放电检测,得到了相应的放电信号,并根据信号特点获取了相应的统计参数图谱,提取了相应的特征参数;采用K-折交叉验证和粒子群算法对组合核参数法进行了核函数参数优化,然后采用优化后的算法融合了超高频和超声波特征参数,分别将融合后的参数和单一的超高频及超声波参数输入到分类器中进行放电模式识别。结果表明,多特征参数融合后的识别率要高于单一特征的识别率,融合后的识别率可达92%。
